After short distance measurement, enter "preparation before Caster
measurement" screen.
5.4.7 Lift measurement
Operator choose "lift measurement" item on "preparation before
measurement" screen. Then click next step to enter "preparation before
lift measurement" screen. The operator need to prepare according to
the indications on the screen.
