4.2.2.31. "Set Low Battery Rate" command
This command sets the rate to drop to in a low battery condition.
If a track mode (by 0x30, 0x34, or 0x35) is already running, this command will be NAK'd if the rate is less than the already
running rate.
Sending a 0x30, 0x34, or 0x35 command with a rate greater than the rate specified by this command will cause those
commands to be NAK'd.
