4.2.2.24. "Query Location" command
This command returns the GPS coordinates and timestamp of the most recent fix obtained by the device (which might be as
"old" as the track interval time). It returns zeros if no fix has been obtained since reset, or the last fix attempt failed. See section
on 24-bit location format for a description of the latitude and longitude encoding.
