4.3. ST100 BOARD SELF-TEST COMMAND

This command is used to initiate an internal self-test of the ST100 BOARD. When this command is received by the ST100 board,
there will be a 2 - 5 second delay before the response is returned (self-test in progress).
Note that as a binary command to the ASIC, this is specifically a self-test of the ASIC. The following operations are tested:
A test transmission is sent, testing the transmitter and oscillator operation from end to end.
The GPS is powered up and checked that it is generating correctly formatted and readable NMEA messages. As the "view of
the sky" cannot be known, only communication to the GPS is tested, not signal strengths.
The I2C link to the Accelerometer is tested for proper communication to the accelerometer.
NOTE: If the custom hardware configuration is ordered wherein the accelerometer is connected to the Nordic processor
rather than to the ASIC processor, this portion of the self-test will indicate a fail.

0x01 = Transmitter (0 = failed 1 = passed)
0x02 = GPS (0 = failed 1 = passed)
