Problem
The CN2A exhibits unexpected
behavior after you install or remove
an application.

Solution
You may need to reset the registry and clear the object
store. Follow these steps:
1 Tap Start > Control Panel.
2 Double-tap the Utilities icon. The Settings window
appears.
3 Tap the right arrow button ( R ) once and tap the
Registry Reset tab.
4 Tap the Reset Registry button. The Confirm Reset
message appears.
5 Tap Yes. The registry is reset and the CN2A cold boots.
Note: You can also use this procedure to return the CN2A to its
default software configuration.
