TIMING adjustment

The system cable length affects the sweep timing.
When the cable length adjustment is not correct, a
straight target is shown as a curved echo. Thus, cable
length adjustment is necessary.
Proper adjustment

MBS adjustment

CAUTION:
In the case, when you re-adjust MBS adjustment
from the minimum position, AUTO TUNE (Auto-
matic tuning) function may not tune properly.
q Position your boat near a straight target such as
breakwater, wharf, etc.
w Push [–] several times to select
e Push [TX] to display the target on the screen.
r Push [MENU],
"SERVICE MAN" menu.

until the "TIMING ADJ." section becomes
