SYMPTOMS
Patient Lift feels loose.
Casters/Brakes noisy or stiff.
Noisy or dry sound from pivots.
Oil leaking from hydraulics.
Manual / Hydraulic pump fails to
lift when pumped.
Electric actuator fails to lift when
button is pressed.
NOTE: If problems are not remedied by the suggested means, please contact your Dealer or
Invacare.

TROUBLESHOOTING

FAULTS
Foot pedal pressure loose.
Fluff or debris in bearings.
Needs lubrication.
Hydraulic pump in need of service.
Handwheel not fully closed.
Manual / Hydraulic pump in need
of service.
Hand-control or actuator connector
loose.
Batteries low.
Push RED Emergency Stop
Button down.
Electric actuator in need of
service.

Close handwheel.

Check connections.
Charge batteries. Refer to Battery
Charging in the CONVERSION
FROM A MANUAL TO AN ELEC-

Rotate clockwise to operate.
