grade alkaline phosphatase (20 µl/well) using
CDP-Star (Tropix) chemiluminescent substrate mix
with Emerald-II enhancer (100 µl/well) in a Greiner
96 well white plate. Use of the cover plate greatly
reduces the cross-talk.
