IF either the Vessel or Booster Pump are not secured to the equipment pad, vibration

Verify that the HydroRite vessel is secured to the
equipment pad. IF the vessel is not secured, securing it
should reduce any noise caused by vibration. IF
secured, continue to step 5B.
