Learn and remember the correct working methods. Beginners should always keep a low speed,
use extreme caution before routine and product knowledge is achieved. The user/customer is
responsible to handle the situation correctly. The product should not be taken into use unless
it can be done in a safe way for the user.
Read the tractor's manual before connecting machine.
Before use, check that the rails are straight and that the machine is stable.
Check the tension of the band saw, adjust if necessary.
Ensure that all nuts, bolts and fittings are securely fastened, (New machine check that all
the packing / shipping supplies such as tape, steel tape, rope, etc. are removed.)
Ensure that the machine is connected to a grounded socket
Ensure that all guards are in place and they can not come loose before use.
USE
Only people who understand the safety information and instructions in this manual may op-
erate the equipment. Be alert and careful when working with the machine and only use the
tool or product in the manner described in this manual. When working with equipment that
has moving parts, there is always the risk of injury. Be careful when working with equipment
equipped with hydraulic hoses ,oil under pressure can penetrate the skin. Seek medical at-
tention immediately if this occurs. Always work alone with the tools that are defined as single
purpose tools. Respect the equipment's danger zone.
Be aware that different parts of the machine may be hot after use
STARTING THE ENGINE
1.
Read and understand engine manual before using the machine
2.
Observe all safety precautions: Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
3.
Ensure that bystanders are at a safe distance from the machine.
4.
Connect the machine to a grounded socket. Make sure that the machines power switch is
off to avoid unexpected start of the machine.
