Level sensor in filter unit reaction tank
(behind control cabinet without Fig.)
Industrial water storage tank (9)
All hoses that carry water
Interior of entire system
Procedure
Check level and top up, if required.
Ensure tank is closed properly after
filling.
Check level and top up to 2/3, if
required. Do not overfill!
Check degree of contamination and,
if required, replace filter as follows:
„ Open the front end door of the
„
filter unit
„ Pull out the soiled recycling filter
„
(7) or filter for cleavage powder (8)
„
and replace with a new filter.
„ Place the overflow hose in the
„
pocket inside the filter.
„ Allow the soiled filter to drip dry
„
and dispose of the contents in
„
accordance with the statutory
„
provisions!*)
Use damp cloth to wipe off any
dirt stuck to sensors.
Are any hoses kinked, blocked
or damaged?
If yes, repair damage or replace
hose.
„ Turn main switch to "0"
„ Remove the plug,
„ Drain all tanks, discharge the water
„
into sludge trap or dispose of
„
externally*)
„ Use hosepipe to spray off any
„
dirt stuck to inside walls (max
„
6 bar) and let water drain away.
„ Do not use high-pressure
„
cleaner as damage could be
„
caused to electrical
„
components.
