Caution!
Danger of becoming trapped by metering
device. Switch off system before filling up
with splitting agent.
Damage to system through use of wrong che-
micals. Use only those chemicals that have
been recommended by the manufacturer.

The treatment agents are metered differently
depending on the operating version and
area of use.
RM 846 cleavage powder
n For use only with operating versions with
cleavage powder addition.
n Pour the cleavage powder into the tank
until it is maximum 2/3 full. Always obser-
ve the safety instructions when handling
cleavage powder.
RM 847 liquid cleavage agent
For use only with operating versions with
liquid cleavage agent. RM 847 must be
prepared in accordance with the details
given on the product label or product infor-
mation sheet. The diluted mixture must
always be used when freshly mixed, as the
diluted solution is not stable for long.
n Pour the prepared cleavage agent solution
into the tank. Always observe the safety
instructions when handling RM 847.

RM 851 disinfectant
n Pour the disinfectant into the mixing unit
tank provided for all types of operation
with reuse of washing water. Always
observe the safety instructions for hand-
ling the disinfectant.

Important!
The metered quantities of the aforementio-
ned products are set to a mean value in the
factory! The metered quantities must be
adjusted to the degree of soiling of the
waste water at the place of installation by
the customer service during the initial ope-
ration.
4. Operation
The type of operation (recycling or discharge
into the waste water network) must be adju-
sted by the customer service during initial
operation.
The system can be operated in 5 versions:
– connected to the sewers
– water reclaim for use with high-pressure
cleaner
– Recycling mode with high-pressure cleaner
and discharge into the sewerage system
– water reclaim into buffer tank
– Recycling mode with downstream buffer
tank and discharge into the sewerage
system
All 5 types of operation required a different
installation (Item H: "System installation").
n Turn main switch (a) to "1".

5. Shutdown procedure

n Turn main switch (a) to "0".
n In case of a lengthy standstill or frost, the
system must be drained by opening the
drain tap (9).
