This section provides information about routing the cables when you install components in the server.
For more information about the requirements for cables and connecting devices, see the documentation that
comes with these devices.
Cable routing for 2.5-inch drives
Use this section to understand how to route cables for 2.5-inch drives.
Following is the list of combinations of cable routing for 2.5-inch drives.

"Connecting signal cables to one backplane" on page 37

"One 8-bay backplane" on page 37

"One AnyBay backplane" on page 37

"Connecting signal cables to two backplanes" on page 39

"8-bay backplane + 8-bay backplane" on page 39

Important:
1. Make sure all the signal cables go through the cable guides.
