Active Mode: To arm the Starter Kill: Press the button on the transmitter. The parking lights will flash once. The LED on the antenna will flash slowly. If remote door locks are installed, this will also lock the doors and arm the OEM-style alarm (if configured).

Remote-starting Press the button for approximately 1 second and release. The remote will beep once. The remote will confirm the remote starter’s activation by beeping 3 times. If your vehicle does not start at the first attempt, the system will shut down, wait a few seconds and try to start the engine again.
To UNLOCK your doors and DISARM the system: Press and hold the button for approx. 1 sec. The remote will beep twice to confirm unlocking of the doors. Remote Trunk Release If your system was installed with the Remote Trunk Release option, you can open your trunk by pressing the button until the remote beeps once.

To put the system into Valet Mode Using the KEY (Ignition Valet Mode): Insert the ignition key into the ignition switch. Within 10 sec., cycle the ignition key to the IGNITION/RUN and OFF positions 5 times until the parking lights flash 3 times. Turn the ignition OFF.
If someone has attempted to remote-start the vehicle while in Valet Mode; the parking lights will turn ON, then OFF, then flash twice. Panic Mode Note: Panic mode can only be activated if the horn has been adequately configured by the installer. In an emergency situation, you can activate panic mode by pressing and holding the AUX button until the horn starts honking.

Battery Replacement The transmitter is powered by two lithium cells (CRXXXX). When the transmitter stops functioning, replace the batteries. Release the lock on the battery cover. Remove the battery cover. Remove the old batteries. Install two new lithium batteries (CRXXXX) into the transmitter with the positive (+) mark toward the battery cover.
