    Using the Remote Control Your remote system is equipped with a 5-button multi-channel remote control. The functions of the transmitter are as follows: UNLOCK: Unlocks the LOCK: Locks the doors. doors. TRUNK: Opens the START/STOP: Remote TRUNK. starts or stops the engine. PANIC: Triggers the Panic mode if pressed for more than 3 seconds.

    If your vehicle has an automatic transmission, proceed as follows to set the system to Idle Mode: With the engine running, make sure to release the brake pedal and press button on the transmitter until the parking lights come ON. Remove the ignition key from the ignition switch.
