Navigating the Programmer

Overview

Note:
If the programmer "locks up" at any time, power down the CCDACT
and power it up again.
Menu Scrolling Mode
To navigate the programmer's menu, use the cursor arrows to scroll through the
menu items.
Pressing the up arrow when the screen displays menu item 0 causes the
screen to display menu item 48.
Pressing the down arrow when the screen displays menu item 48 causes the
screen to display menu item 0.
The cursor position indicates the programmer's present mode:
Under left bracket = menu scrolling
Between brackets = edit field
Under right bracket = scrollable field selections
Edit Mode
Use the right arrow to move the cursor from the menu scrolling mode position to
the edit mode position.
When in the edit mode, use the right arrow to move the cursor one space to
the right.
Use the left arrow to move the cursor one space to the left.
Press the alphanumeric keys to enter alphabetic or numeric values.
Press [↵] to retain an edited value and return to menu scrolling.
Note:
You must enter the ENTIRE value. To Exit, move cursor to right
bracket and press Enter [↵].
Press [ESC] to exit edit mode without retaining the edited value.
Screen displays command prompt C:\> (indicating you may now type in
the number of another menu item).
Note:
If you are interrupted while programming, and no changes are made
within a duration of 10 minutes, all changes that have been made will
be saved, and the CCDACT will exit the programming mode. These
changes are stored in a volatile memory and will be lost when the
system is powered down. The proper exiting procedure must be
followed to permanently save changes.
