Connecting the Camera to a PC

Use the interface cable bundled with the RDC-5000 to connect it to a personal
computer.
q Turn off the PC.
w Connect the camera and the PC to each other using the interface
cable, but not before checking to see that the camera is turned off.
Note
• Avoid operating the camera from batteries to the extent possible; rather, run
it via an AC adapter. If the power turns off while you are operating the
camera, you would have to retry.
• Do not connect or disconnect the AC adapter to or from the AC outlet while
the camera is turned on.
