Supervision system

The ASSA ABLOY RD3 and ASSA ABLOY RD4 have a built-in supervision system.
If an error occurs, the PCD display will show an error or status code. During normal operation the
display will show "ON".
To reset the door to normal operation after an error code, press C on the PCD. See code list below.

opening on the inside

Remedy
Check for obstacles between the wing and
the floor and between the wing and the
inside of the drum. Check safety edges.
Make one more unlock/lock operation. If
that does not help call
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Service.
Release the button by turning it in the dir-
ection of the arrows, then restore function
by pressing C on the PCD.
Remove obstacle in the inner detection
zone
Remove obstacle in the outer detection
zone.
Remove obstacle in the detection zone.
Remove obstacle in the detection zone.
Check for obstacles between the wing and
the floor and between the wing and the
inside of the drum. After checking, press C
on the PCD.
Check the fire alarm system.
Check mains fuse.
Check external power supply.
Release the button by turning it in the dir-
ection of the arrows, then restore function
by pressing C on the PCD.
Call for service.
Close the door leaves.
Reset function by pressing C on the PCD.
