HOW TO CHECK THE TV MAIN C.B.A.
AND THE REAR JACK C.B.A.
1. Remove the Rear Cover, the AV Front Door, the Front
Cover L Unit, the Front Cover R Unit, the Center Panel Unit,
the Lamp Cover, the Base Front Panel Unit, the Rear Jack
C.B.A. and the TV Main C.B.A. from the unit. Refer to Steps
1~14 in "HOW TO REMOVE THE TV MAIN C.B.A. AND
THE REAR JACK C.B.A."
2. Set the TV Frame as shown in Fig. 11-3.
3. Install the Rear Jack C.B.A. into the TV Main C.B.A. by
connecting Connectors P4601, P4603 and P4604.
4. Install the RGB Jack C.B.A. into the Rear Jack C.B.A. by
connecting Connectors P3901.
5. Install the Front Jack C.B.A. into the TV Main C.B.A. by
connecting Connector P3002, P4602, P4502.
6. Install the Operation C.B.A. into the TV Main C.B.A. by
connecting P6204 Connector cable to Connector P6303.
7. Set the TV Main C.B.A. and the Rear Jack C.B.A. on the TV
Frame.
8. Reconnect Connector cables to Connector P1010 (Duct
Fan), P4504 (Audio Power C.B.A.) on the TV Main C.B.A.
9. Reconnect Connector cables to Connectors P2501, P2701
and P2305 on the LCD Main C.B.A.
Note:
When connecting Connector P2305 on the LCD Main
C.B.A. and Connector P6205 on the TV Main C.B.A., use
the Extension Cable (LSUA0035). The original P2305
Connector Cable is not used in this position.
10. Reconnect Connector cable from the LCD Power C.B.A. to
Connector P804 on the TV Main C.B.A.
Note:
Before connecting Connector P804, remove the Ferrite
Core from Connector Cable by releasing the 2 Locking
Tabs.

11. Reconnect Connector cable to Connector P1101 on the
Audio Power C.B.A.
12. Install the Right Speaker Connector Leads into the TV Main
C.B.A. by connecting Connector P4501.
Note:
Before connecting the Right Speaker Connector Leads,
remove the Right Speaker Leads from the inside of the
Base Front Panel Unit by removing the sheets.

13. Reconnect Connector cable to Connector P2911 on the
Front Thermistor C.B.A.
14. Install the Base Front Panel Unit by tightening at least 2
Screws as shown in Fig. 11-3, or install the Filter tool.
15. Install the Lamp Cover into the Base Front Panel Unit by
tightening at least 2 Screws as shown in Fig. 11-3.
Note:
1. Take extreme caution when handling the Rear Jack Panel
to avoid damage to Connectors P4601, P4603 and P4604
on the TV Main C.B.A.
2. Be sure to install the Base Front Panel Unit (with the Filter
Unit), and tighten at least 2 Screws of the Base Front Panel
Unit so that the Front Fan (Intake fan) is covered securely
with the Filter.
Alternatively, be sure to install the Filter tool on the Front
Fan.
