How to solve the problem indicated by the Error Indication of LED

Cooling Fan (Front Fan and/or Lamp
Fan) malfunction.
Misinstalled Lamp Cover Unit.
The temperature sensor(R2911) on
Front Thermistor C.B.A. attached
near the Front Fan is short or open.
1. Clogged air filter.
2. Blocked air intake.
3. The surrounding temperature of
the place of use may be too high.
Lamp voltage is not correct due to
short of the Lamp.
Abnormal temperature rise.
1. The Lamp voltage becomes more
over 130V or less than 30V.
2. The Lamp current becomes more
over 5A.
3. The Lamp is defective (crack.)
4. Other cause.
Note: If the Lamp will not light up after
attempting turning on the main power 2
or 3 times, the Lamp may be defective.
+16V line on LCD Main C.B.A. error.
No output voltage for IC1901(+15.3V REG.)
on LCD Main C.B.A.
LCD Drive Circuit on LCD Main C.B.A.
malfunction.
+14V line on LCD Main C.B.A. error.
No output voltage for IC1961(Drive for
Front Fan) and IC1962(Drive for Lamp Fan.)
on LCD Main C.B.A.
+7V line on LCD Main C.B.A. error.
No output voltage for IC2501(+3.3V REG.)
and IC2705(+3.3V REG.) on LCD Main C.B.A.
IC2502(Main A/D Converter) and IC2706
(Sub A/D Converter) on LCD Main C.B.A.

+3.3V line on LCD Main C.B.A. error.
IC9503(Timing Generator), IC9508(Sub
Scaler), IC9510(OSD), etc on LCD Main
C.B.A. malfunction.

Accumulated operation time of the
Lamp reaches 5000 hours.

Air Filter reaches 400 hours.

Cover SW (SW2921) on Lamp Cover Switch C.B.A.
Replace the Temperature Sensor (R2911) on Front Thermistor C.B.A.
Cleaning the Air Filter.
Replace the Lamp.
Replace LCD Power C.B.A.
Replace the Lamp. Still NG, replace LCD Power C.B.A.
Replace the Projection Unit. Still NG, replace LCD Power C.B.A.
