REMOVAL OF THE FRONT FAN FROM
THE UNIT
1. Remove the Rear Cover, the AV Front Door, the Front
Cover L Unit, the Front Cover R Unit, the Center Panel Unit,
the Lamp Cover and the Base Front Panel Unit. Refer to
Steps 1~7 in "HOW TO REMOVE THE TV MAIN C.B.A.
AND THE REAR JACK C.B.A."
After removing the Base Front Panel Unit

2. Remove the Front Bar by removing the 2 Screws.

3. Remove the Front Fan by removing the 3 Screws and
disconnecting Connector P1901 on the LCD Main C.B.A.

The Front Fan is an
intake fan.

REMOVAL OF THE LAMP FAN FROM THE
UNIT
1. Remove the Rear Cover, the AV Front Door, the Front
Cover L Unit, the Front Cover R Unit, the Center Panel Unit,
the Lamp Cover and the Base Front Panel Unit. Refer to
Steps 1~7 in "HOW TO REMOVE THE TV MAIN C.B.A.
AND THE REAR JACK C.B.A."
2. Remove the Lamp Fan and Shield by removing the 2
Screws and disconnecting Connector P1902 on the LCD
Main C.B.A.
Note:
The Air Flow direction is practically the opposite of the
arrow printed on the Lamp Fan. When installing the Lamp
Fan, be sure to install as shown.

Reassembly Notes for Lamp Fan:
Install the Lamp Fan so that the name plate (manufacture's
Screws
name etc.) faces in (not visible from the outside) as shown.
