REMOVAL OF THE AUDIO POWER C.B.A.,
THE DUCT FAN, THE LCD POWER C.B.A.,
THE POWER FAN AND THE
TEMPERATURE FUSE
1. Remove the Rear Cover, the AV Front Door, the Front
Cover L Unit, the Front Cover R Unit, the Center Panel Unit,
the Lamp Cover and the Base Front Panel Unit. Refer to
Steps 1~7 in "HOW TO REMOVE THE TV MAIN C.B.A.
AND THE REAR JACK C.B.A."
After removing the Base Front Panel Unit

2. 1) Disconnect Connectors P1010, P4504 on the TV Main
C.B.A.
2) Remove the only one Screw of the GND Plate.
3) Remove the Screw of the GND Wire.
4) Remove the Power GND Plate by removing 2 Screws.

3. 1) Disconnect Connector P804 on the TV Main C.B.A. and
release it from the clamper.
2) Disconnect Connector P1101 on the Audio Power
C.B.A. and release it from the clamper.
3) Remove the Duct Fan Unit by removing 4 Screws and
releasing the Hooking Portions.

Remove the Duct Fan from the Duct Fan Unit by removing
4 Screws.

Reassembly Notes for Duct Fan Lead:
•
Install the Duct Fan into the Fan Plate so that the Duct
Fan Lead is positioned as shown.
•
The Duct Fan is an exhaust fan.
