CABINET SECTION
DISASSEMBLY METHOD
When reassembling, perform the step (s) in the reverse order.
Bend, route and dress the wires as they were originally.
Note :
a. Place a cloth or some other soft material under the P.C.
Boards or Unit to prevent damage.
b. When reinstalling, ensure that the connectors are connected
and electrical components have not been damaged.
c. Do not supply power to the unit during disassembly and
reassembly.
Cabinet section contains following removal
procedures:
REMOVAL OF THE TV MAIN C.B.A. AND THE REAR
JACK C.B.A.
REMOVAL OF THE PROJECTION UNIT
REMOVAL OF THE AUDIO POWER C.B.A., THE DUCT
FAN, THE LCD POWER C.B.A., THE POWER FAN AND
THE TEMPERATURE FUSE
REMOVAL OF THE FRONT FAN FROM THE UNIT
REMOVAL OF THE LAMP FAN FROM THE UNIT
REMOVAL OF THE SCREEN UNIT, THE MIRROR AND
THE BACK PANEL
REMOVAL OF THE FRONT JACK C.B.A., THE RGB
JACK C.B.A., THE FRONT THERMISTOR C.B.A.,
THE LAMP COVER SWITCH C.B.A., AND THE SPEAKER
Following screws are removed in the
procedures above:
