Muting and unmuting a call

1. To mute an active call, press Mute.

2. To unmute the call, press Mute again.

The Mute button is illuminated when you press mute.

Placing a call on hold and resuming the call

1. To put an active call on hold, press Hold.

Parking and unparking a call

Use this procedure to park your current call and answer the call at another extension. Both the

extensions must be a part of a phone coverage.

1. While on an active call, press Admin menu > Features.

2. To go to the Call Park screen, use the Down Arrow key.

3. To choose Call Park, press Select or OK.

4. To answer a parked call, press Admin menu > Features.

5. To go to the Call Unpark screen, use the Down Arrow key.

6. To choose Call Unpark, press Select or OK.
