5.5 Installing and Adjusting Noseover Section Angle
The BSBAC noseover section allows for smooth transition of product travelling from a horizonal section to
an angled section in an incline/decline BSBAC. The following instructions outline the installation and
adjustment procedure for the BSBAC noseover section.
1. Prior to install of the noseover section, loosen the brackets in the sideframe of the noseover
section.
2. The adjustment brackets are located at the bottom of each sideframe. These adjustment brackets
hold the segmented parts of the noseover frame at the desired angle. Refer to Figure 18 for
location of the adjustment brackets and hardware.

3. Install the noseover section on the floor supports and adjacent BSBAC conveyor sections.
4. On installation of the noseover section to both adjacent conveyor sections, the noseover is set up
a rough desired angle.
5. Measure the dimension referred to in Figure 19 on both sides of the noseover section. Ensure
that the dimensions on both sides of the noseover sections are within 1/16" of each other.
