The belt provided for the BSBAC mark will come with a clipper style lacing. The following steps outline
how to install an AC belt.
1. Complete the physical installation of the conveyor on the floor supports.
2. Unpack the provided AC belt for the mark number. The lengths of the AC belt are custom to each
mark number. Therefore, AC belts for a specific mark number cannot generally be used for a
different mark number.
3. Loosen the drive take-up mechanism. This step will allow for a simplified belt routing, belt
tensioning, and belt tracking.
4. Adjust the tail pulleys so they are square to the side frame.
5. Route the belt through the BSBAC conveyor mark. Figure 11, Figure 12, Figure 13, and Figure 14
illustrate the BSBAC 1 HP configuration.
