9 Use the IFP removal tool to pull the IFP from the reservoir.

Move the bottom out bumper away from the sealhead.
11 Loosen and slowly remove the shaft assembly from the damper body.
Hold the Counter Measure wrench in place with your hand as you
turn the sealhead to prevent damage to the sealhead wrench flats.
Oil will spill from the damper body and the reservoir mount as the shaft
assembly is removed. Wrap a shop towel around the damper body.
12 Remove the shock from the vise and pour the oil from the damper body
and IFP reservoir into an oil pan.
Clean the damper body.
