Technical alerts can't be turned off, but you can change how your alert notifies you:
App: For each alert, you can choose between Sound, Vibrate, Match Phone

Vibrate Exceptions: Urgent Low and technical alerts act differently; if you don't
acknowledge them, they will add sound. In the app, these alerts include: Urgent
Low, App Bluetooth is Off, App is Closed, App Location is Off, App Stopped: Phone
Storage Full, App Stopped Working, Phone Bluetooth is Off, Phone Location is Off,
Replace Sensor Now, Sensor Failed
If you use a Quiet Mode (Silence All or Vibrate), it affects all alerts, including

technical Alerts.

Full alerts will still sound.
Receiver: Choose between Silence All and Vibrate Only

Where can you place the sensor

You can place the Dexcom G7 sensor on:
- The back of the upper arm
- The abdomen (not for pregnant women)
- The upper buttocks (for ages 2-6 years only)

Ensure the site is at least 3 inches (8 cm) from any insulin pump infusion set or injection site, away from waistbands, scarring, tattoos, irritation, and bones, and in a spot unlikely to be bumped, pushed, or laid on while sleeping.
