Step 1. Apply a static charge to the vessel or cabling.
Step 2. Check the weight reading. The weight reading should not
vary.
Result 1. If the reading changes radically, or the controller locks up, the
grounding is not correct.
Result 2. If the reading does not change the grounding is not the prob-
lem.
