Fitting the drive motor of the backwater flap (s) (option)
One or two drive motors are included in the scope of deliv-
ery, depending on the version.

Fix the drive motor (2) on the backwater flap and optionally
on the redundant valve as follows:
If the position has not already been selected, move the
locking lever (4) into the "CLOSED" position (as shown).
Remove the protective cap (3).
Fix the drive motor (2) using 4 screws (1).
In the case of systems with small chamber depth (cone
ring directly above the system tank), the entire backwater
flap assembly (quick-release closures) must be removed
so that the drive motor can be installed.

Installing the control unit
Install the control unit in accordance with the instructions enclosed with the unit.
Safely lay all cables of the electrical components.
TeleControl GSM modem
Mount the TeleControl modem (art. no. 28792) as described in the corresponding installation instructions 434-033.
4.8.1
Fixing / connecting the redundant valve control unit (option)
Install the FKA Comfort control unit (2) in accordance with the instructions enclosed with this unit.
Install a cable gland next to the cable gland (g) at the main control unit (Comfort PLUS) (1).
Install the power supply for the redundant control unit (FKA Comfort) via a separate electric circuit(!).
Lay the communication connection between the redundant control unit (FKA Comfort) (2) and the main control unit (1).
Connect the enclosed LIN-BUS cable as shown in the following diagram:
