PCS-DS Cabinet Panel-to-Panel Linking Procedure

Normally the PCS-DS cabinet is provided with side plates, but when panel-to-panel linking is
done, there is no side plates between the cabinets.
1) The cabinets are linked using the linking bolts in the following procedure.
