Diagnostics

This paragraph provides the procedures for testing the equipment for proper operation.
Four tests are provided: Memory I/O test, Keyboard test, and Test pattern.

8.8.1 Memory I/O test

The memory I/O test provides for individual testing of the display unit, FURUNO BB GPS
Receiver, Network Sounder ETR-6/10N, ETR-30N, and ARP, displaying program number
and checking for proper operation.
1. Press the MENU key to show the menu.
2. Press the SYSTEM CONFIGURATION soft key.
3. Press the SYSTEM SETUP soft key.
4. Press the TEST & CLEAR soft key.
5. Press the MEMORY I/O TEST soft key.
6. Then, press appropriate soft key to start a diagnostic test.
