After finishing steps (1)-(7), the GUI should look like the following:
(1) Set to "Ethernet (VBR)"
(2) Set to "RTMP"
(3) Set to IP Address of Wowza Server
(4) Set to "/live/1080"
(5) Set to "1080i" or "Follow input"
