(12) The encoder may have already started. If it has, click on "Stop Encoder." The status should then
change to "Stopped". Then click on "Start Encoder". Once you do this, the status will change. If
the encoder hadn't started already, simply click on "Start Encoder" and observe the status change:
(1) If necessary, click "Stop Encoder"
(2) Status changes to
"Stopped"
