Front Panel Keypad and Annunciators

Figure 1-1 shows the IQ plus 810 XPCD front panel. The IQ plus 810 XPCD display consists of 27 individual
externally mounted buttons for setpoint or fixed tare entry, gross/net, tare, units and print. Table 1-1 lists the
button functions.
Panel Key
ZERO
Provides push-button auto zero (PAZ) over ±1.9% or 100% full scale capacity. Operates only in gross
weighing mode.
GROSS/NET
Switches the unit between gross and net weighing modes.
TARE
Provides push-button tare entry over 100% of scale capacity. Pressing TARE key switches to net mode
and enters tare.
PRINT
Provides a manual print function if unit is wired to serial printer or other data device. Also initiates truck
in/out weighing function if that feature is enabled. See paragraph 6.6 for serial output specifications.
UNITS
Switches the displayed weight unit between pounds and kilograms.
DISP. ACCUM.
Displays current weight from the accumulator register and sequentially lights accumulator annunicators.
NEW I.D.
In truck in/out mode, lets you enter a new truck ID number. Key in number with numeric keys.
SETPOINT 1
Push to enter or recall associated setpoint values.
0–9, CE, ENT
Numeric keyboard for entry of manual tare and calibration data. Includes CE (Clear Entry) and ENT (Enter)
keys.
DISP. R.O.C.
Displays rate of change for weight data on the current scale channel.
SCALE #
Selects individual scale channel or total channel for display.
DISP. TARE
Displays the current weight in the tare register.
TIME/DATE
Used to enter new values for time and date. Press once to display date, press again to display time.
