Target SNR Margin - the modem must achieve with a BER of
10 to the power 7 or better to successfully complete
initialization for Noise Margin.
Max SNR Margin - Configure Maximum Signal/ Noise Margin
for rate downshift or upshift.
Min SNR Margin – Configure Minimum Signal/ Noise Margin
for rate downshift or upshift.
