Expected Result
● Ambient temperature: 0–
40°C (recommended range:
20–30°C)
● Humidity: 0–95% RH (non-
condensing)
● Rodent-proof measures
have been taken for the
equipment room.
● Cabinet cable holes are
sealed.
● The lithium battery cabinet
is free from dust, rust,
corrosion, and deformation.
● There is no risk of water
leakage caused by air
conditioners or pipes above
the lithium battery cabinet.
● The air inlet and outlet
ducts are free from
blockage.
● No extra-low voltage (ELV)
cables are routed above the
lithium battery cabinet.
● The equipment room is
airtight.
The operating status displayed
on the monitoring panel is
charging or discharging, and
no fault or alarm information
is displayed.
Record the SOC every time
batteries have been charged
for at least one week. The SOC
should be 100%.

7 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● If the temperature or
humidity is abnormal, check
the air conditioner status.
● Install a rat guard at the
door of the equipment
room.
● Seal the cable holes on the
cabinet.
● Check that the equipment
room is airtight and not in
a direct ventilation
environment.
If an alarm is generated,
rectify the fault by checking
the device status and
parameters.
Check whether the SOC of
each battery module is
uneven.
If the SOC is uneven, continue
charging until the SOC reaches
100%.
