One CIM can support a maximum of 300
BIMs, and manage BIMs of a maximum of
four battery strings.
The two models of BIMs are installed and
commissioned in the same manner. This
document uses the BIM01C3 as an example.

    When a battery system needs to be managed by multiple CIMs, the CIMs can be connected to northbound devices through straight-through cables (the ECC supports four CIMs in parallel).
