Preparation for use

3.2.1 Completeness check and damage check
Before each using, check the completeness of all components and
make sure that no damage occurs on the components.
If any damage is found, replace the component immediately.
3.2.2 Fit the yoke on the mask body
If the yoke is not yet fitted on the mask body, fit the yoke as follows:
1. Arrange the straps around the cylinder on the inner yoke.
2. Fit the yoke on the mask body.
a. Align the exhalation port on the mask body with the cylinder on
the inner yoke.
b. Simultaneously, align the elastic rubber protrusion on the
mask body with the rectangle hole on the upper section of the
yoke.
c. Press the upper and lower sections of the yoke against the
mask body. Correct connection is indicated by an audible click.
3.2.3 Fit two new respiratory filters
WARNING
!
The respiratory filters must be fitted before entering
contaminated area.
1. Hold bayonet-type connector of the mask body with one hand, and
hold the respiratory filter with the other (See Figure B2).
