7.1.11 Custom Service Report (CREP)
Used to display the keypad assignments, message recording status and the tree-
structure of a Custom service.
Type "CREP" and Custom service number (1–100), then press [RETURN].
$ Crep 20

7.1.12 Custom Service Menu Access Count Clear (CCLR)
Used to clear the number of times a Custom service was being accessed by the
caller.

Indicates a type of voice prompts is "User–1".
Indicates that a Custom service was being accessed 3 times by the callers.
Indicates that the menu message for a Custom service is
"None (not recorded)".
