Messaging
To close several new messages quickly, press
Messaging inbox.
The thirty last received messages are stored in the inbox. Time and date information is included in the
message.
If a message is received when the inbox already contains thirty messages, the message in the inbox with
the oldest time and date is automatically replaced by the newly received message.
New messages and information about incoming calls can be displayed upside down. This can be useful if
the handset is worn in a belt and the user wants to read the message or call information without rotating the
handset. When pressing any key, the messages is displayed in the normal way. For more information, refer
to the Configuration Manual, Ascom d83 DECT Handset, TD 93426EN.

Enter the menu by pressing the Menu Soft key.

Select
in the menu, and press the Soft key Select.

Inbox
1.
Select Inbox to view the message list.
2.
Select a message by pressing up and down on the navigation key.
Reply to Sender
1.
Select View → Reply.
2.
Enter text.
3.
Select Send.
Delete Message
1.
Select More
2.
Select Delete
3.
Select Yes to delete the message.
Forward Message
1.
Select More → Forward.
2.
Enter additional text if needed.
3.
Select Send.
4.
Enter number.
5.
Select Send to forward the message.
Call Sender
1.
Select View
2.
Select More
3.
Select Call sender.
