1.6 . Put the battery in its compartment and insure before using the POWEO® that the emergency button is on
"OFF" position. Turn the button clockwise to release it.
Position the battery on the support, and guide it for the best electrical contact between the battery and
battery support contacts.
1.7 With the remote, try a few operations: lift up and down the arm, open and close the legs.
1.8 Put out the battery and recharge it (see "battery charge" section)
Your lifter will be usable as soon as the battery is charged
Whenever possible, keep the carton bow and packing accessories for later transportations.
2. Instructions for storing and transportation
For foldable version follow the assembly instructions in the opposite way:
1. Move the arm completely down
2. Take off the battery from the support, and press the emergency button
3. Block the suspension to the arm using the elastic belt
4. Remove the axis in order to free the column.
The Loctite should prevent an easy removing of the axis: the screw must then be heated before unscrewed.
When mounting the securities pins again later, adding Loctite is mandatory to insure protection
against vibration
5. Move the column down and insert back the axis.
6. In the case of a POWEO® with a SCALIS® scale, the security pin must be packed separately.
