SCALEO Medical slings are easy to use It is strongly recommended to use appropriate slings and accessories
depending on patient's pathology, height and weight
It is also important to chose the appropriate slings considering the type of transfer and the environment of the
room.
The SCALEO Medical slings are specially adapted for the 4 points suspension.
It is strongly advised NOT to use straps from other manufacturers. If that were the case, SCALEO
Medical disclaims any responsibility for any incident or accident..
Slings dimensions
The dimensions given are approximate as they relate to materials specific to each strap.
In the case of a sling with "comfort" head support, add 10 cm to the height "C"
The slings and the hoist have to be used to lift and transfer people.
Never use the patient lifters to lift or to carry objects.
Maximum loads of SCALEO Medical slings are:
200kg for XXS to L sizes,
300 kg for XL and XXL sizes.
SCALEO Medical slings are Class I medical devices (93/42/CEE Directive) and compliant to the ISO EN
10535 European standard.
