Battery LED
– Solid green = more than 10 cycles are still
possible
– Solid red : = less than 10 cycles left before battery
empty state
– Flashing red : battery alarm (only one cycle left
before battery empty)
Note on the maintenance LED: this indicator is used to indicate a possible malfunction AND the
periodic inspection state. Therefore it can display multiple consecutive states.
Example: in case of default AND periodical inspection date exceeded, the LED display alternately
flashing RED and solid ORANGE.
Managing the maintenance LED states is easy:
Continuous solid light = default.
The light is continuous and the hoist is not operating = main fuse replacement is necessary
Flashing light = periodical inspection management
According to the EN 10535 standard the time period between periodical inspection default value is 12
months.
The periodical inspection time value can be changed using the POWEO® service tool software.
HAND CONTROL
– Solid orange : default Use the service tool
software or call us for maintenance.
– Flashing orange: periodic inspection must be
performed within 2 months.
– Flashing red: periodic inspection has not been
performed in time.
