1.2 Pull off the column fixing pin found pre positioned on the column :version without a SCALIS scale.
For the version WITH the SCALIS(r) scale, the security pin is provided in a separate plastic bag.
1.3 Raise the column, and then insert the axis to fix the column and secure it by blocking the screw tightly using
the special wrenches. If needed, ask the second operator to help you by moving slightly the column so you can
introduce the pin more easily.
Depending on the version, the pin is secured by a special screw (the special wrench is provided) or a hexagonal
allen screw (hexagonal wrench is not provided).
