Using special effects
– Picture effect
You can digitally process images to obtain special
effects like those in films or on the TV.
PASTEL [a] : The contrast of the picture is
emphasised, and the picture
looks like an animated cartoon.
NEG.ART [b] : The colour and brightness of the
picture are reversed.
SEPIA : The picture is sepia.
B&W : The picture is monochrome
(black-and-white).
SOLARIZE [c] : The light intensity is clearer, and
the picture looks like an
illustration.
MOSAIC [d] : The picture is mosaic.
SLIM [e] :
The picture expands vertically.
STRETCH [f] : The picture expands
horizontally.

PASTEL (pastell) [a] :
Kontrasten i bilden förstärks och

Bilden färgas i sepiatoner (bruna
nyanser).
B&W (svartvit) :
Bilden görs monokrom (svartvit).
SOLARIZE [c] :
Ljusa toner förstärks, bilden blir
skarpare, som en illustration.
MOSAIC (mosaik) [d] :
Bilden görs om så att den ser ut att
vara uppbyggd av mosaik.
SLIM (smal) [e] :
Bilden expanderas vertikalt.
STRETCH (bred) [f] :
