5.4.2 Removing the pellet unit from the pallet

All insulation components are to be removed before dismantling the pellet unit to avoid

damage and reduce weight. Keep these components in a protected area that is dry and

free of dust until they are reinstalled.

r Remove the wood screws and clamping angles on the pallet

r Open the insulated door and remove the retaining screw on the cover

r Slide the cover back slightly and lift off

r Undo the screws on the top of the side panel and lift off the side panel

r Undo the screws on the top of the rear panel and lift off the rear panel

r Open the insulated door and remove the cover plate from the top hinge
