Error alerts

When shown on the display, this indicates that there is a programming error.
The possible causes are listed below:
High temperature
Ethernet connection
Error in the configuration
data
Audio or video service not
available
SIP registration failed
CONFIGURATION AND COMMISSIONING FROM THE DISPLAY
Once the device has been installed, the functions for the device to operate correctly need to be programmed.

Entering programming mode

Search
ACCESS
KEYPAD
Non-compliant installation;
Heat sources near the device;
Direct sunlight;
Hardware failure
Defective or incorrectly connected CAT5 cable;
Incorrect DATA connection;
Defective switch;
Faulty ethernet port
Incorrect configuration;
Partial or incomplete programming
Server not reachable or switched off;
Incorrect SIP account
Press the top-left corner of the display for a few seconds to activate the Settings section.
