Connecting the battery
1.
Connect the battery to the battery socket
on the tool so that it clicks in place.

Removing the battery
1.
Press in the battery locks and remove the
battery from the tool.

STATUS LAMP

Flashing red light: A staple or nail has
jammed.
Steady red light: Low battery level.
Steady green light: Magazine empty.
LOADING NAILS/STAPLES
WARNING!
Never fill the magazine with nails or
staples of different sizes.
Always fill the magazine with the same
type of fasteners – never with nails and
staples at the same time.
NOTE:
Only use recommended nails/staples. Non-
recommended nails/staples are more likely
to jam in the nail gun.
1.
Release the battery from the nail gun.
2.
Press in the magazine catch and pull back
the magazine casing.
3.
Fill the magazine with suitable nails or
staples.
4.
Check that the nails or staples are
correctly placed in the magazine.
5.
Slide the magazine casing to close it and
check that it clicks in place.
6.
Replace the battery.

TESTING THE SAFETY SWITCH
1.
Release the battery from the nail gun.
2.
Press in the magazine catch and pull back
the magazine casing.
3.
Remove all the nails/staples from the
magazine.
4.
Press in the safety switch and press the
trigger. They should both move smoothly
without jamming. Do not use the nail
gun if the safety switch does not move
smoothly without jamming.
5.
Fill the magazine with nails or staples.
6.
Press the safety switch against a
workpiece, but do not press the trigger.
The nail gun should not fire.
7.
Lift the nail gun so that the safety switch
eases off the workpiece, whereby the
safety switch should automatically spring
out all the way.
8.
Point the nail gun towards a safe place – if
the safety switch is working properly the
nail gun should not fire.

Turn the depth adjuster knob to adjust the
penetration depth.

Single Firing
Trigger controlled single firing simplifies the
precise positioning of fasteners.
1.
Set the function selector to Single Firing.
2.
Press the safety switch against the
workpiece. The safety switch must be
pressed in before pressing the trigger.
3.
Press the trigger to fire.
