SOMNOsmart 2 saves the following detailed data for
up to 10 hours:
• pressure
• flow
• leakage flow
• oscillator pressure
• respiratory events
The data for pressure, leakage flow and respiratory
events (apnoea, hypopnoea, snoring etc.) is stored in
time-compressed form for the last 30 nights of therapy.
The data can only be read off and analysed by
specialist personnel using the evaluation software
WEINMANNsupport.
To transport SOMNOsmart 2 over long distances, it
should be packed in the carry case
1. Place the unit, the power cable, the hose system,
the mask incl. exhalation system and if necessary,
the breath humidifier in the carry case.
2. Close the zips of the carry case and adjust the
shoulder strap to the right length.
Please do not forget to take spare filters and the
operating instructions with you, as well as the inverter
if necessary.
If you want to take SOMNOsmart 2 as hand luggage
in an aircraft, you should find out about any formalities
necessary from the airline before departure.
